We have created a whole new experience to make helping out neighbors easier than ever. Bosses list jobs they need done and jobbers in the area can see them on the map, applying to the ones that fit their skills and interests. The boss then chooses the jobber that's most suited for the job from the pool of applications. The jobber completes the job and is paid by the boss. Easy, right?
After a job has been completed both boss and jobber may leave a rating, so others on Hoodbee see that a member is trustworthy and has already gained experience in doing certain gigs.
